We've talked about buying investment property for a long time but can never seem to make the plunge. Working with Marisa made the plunge easy and exciting. We explained to her our investment range over the weekend and within a day, she presented us with a list of possibilities with a special note on her recommendation. From the list, we selected two to see; the one she recommended and another in a similar range. A day later we went to see the units and we bid on the recommended one the day after that.
